“Is there a way to give MORE than 5 stars? 10/5 for this dealership. Shoutout to Ron in Service and Devon in sales. We have only purchased one car from them, back in 2020. (My niece now owns it and also loves this dealership). We had exceptional service from sales to maintenance throughout the three years we owned the vehicle. Fast forward to 2026. We need a vehicle quickly (car accident, Jeep totaled), they didn’t have what we needed but Devon (our sales associate from 2020) evaluated what was available and helped me choose a car from ANOTHER dealer. We brought it in for a warranty service before my daughter took it off to a new city for her big girl job. She runs out of gas in her new city which causes a major, expensive repair (don’t get me started- @volvousa this is unacceptable!!!) - Ron has spent hours on the phone with my daughter talking her through the problem and how to deal with the Volvo dealership in her city. He’s getting NOTHING for this other than goodwill. He was amazing with her and gave her the confidence to negotiate and stand up for herself. While it didn’t end up like we hoped, I am now certain my next car will be a Volvo from Cincinnati Volvo. Thank you Ron and Devon!!”
