From start to finish we 100% recommend Kings Volkswagen! Landon Haft was nothing but amazing, communicative and pleasant the whole time we worked through this process! My daughter financed her first vehicle and Landon made sure to help her understand every detail and make sure she was comfortable through this whole process. He was one of the most honest car salesman we have worked with, was not pushy and just overall pleasant !

We purchased our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee in October 2025, and the buying experience itself was actually very positive. We arrived late in the evening with a trade-in, and the team worked hard to get everything done. Everyone stayed after hours to help us finish the deal, and we genuinely appreciated the effort and professionalism. We felt we worked out a fair deal, and the test drive went great. At the time, everything looked and felt solid. However, about two months after purchase, we had to spend $1,800 out of pocket to replace a water pump. We later learned the vehicle had been purchased by the dealership through an auction. While this alone may not be a deal-breaker, it is something buyers should take seriously. The vehicle still had a Jeep powertrain warranty, but that warranty was essentially useless in this situation. The repair happened three hours away at a local shop, and we were told the dealer’s 6 months / 6,000 miles policy did not apply to us, leaving us frustrated and stuck with the bill. This may not have been the dealership knowingly selling a bad vehicle. It highlights a bigger issue with Jeep quality control that does not get discussed enough. That said, a strong suggestion would be for dealers to offer at least a 3 months / 3,000 miles bumper-to-bumper warranty on used vehicles, even those with manufacturer powertrain coverage. That extra layer would go a long way in customer satisfaction and long-term trust. Overall, the buying process was good, but the post-purchase experience was disappointing. My advice to future buyers is to be cautious with auction vehicles and make sure you have a dealer-backed warranty, even if the manufacturer coverage is still active.

If you are looking for a sales man whose priority is YOU and not a quick sale - look no further than Elijah Williams. This was by far the BEST car buying experience I ever had and it was due to his dedication, patience, and commitment to finding me the car that was right for ME. He went above and beyond to keep me informed and even looped in other locations in the dealer group to make my current dream car a reality. I will never buy a car from anyone else ever again!!!

I traded in a car and bought this 2021 Tiguan SEL R Line. My sales guy was Elijah Williams. Super cool guy and made everything unbelievably smooth. The finance guy Eric Henize also made the process super smooth! Both were extremely friendly and informative. Overall I give this place a 10/10. Super nice environment with friendly staff. You’ll leave there happy!
