“While the dealership has excellent inventory and gave a massive discount on the MSRP for my 2024 Dodge Hornet, the customer service from the sales staff was awful. When I started reviewing the numbers and asked to remove the hidden $1,195 Zurich Shield fee, the salesperson completely cut me off and became incredibly rude. He was equally disrespectful when discussing my Jeep trade-in numbers. I had to catch multiple errors on the worksheet, including an inflated trade payoff and marked-up registration fees. I love the car and got the price I wanted, but the staff's hostile attitude made it a miserable experience. Go here for the prices, but expect terrible service.”
