“This entire team was just incredible. My situation was a tough one, but they really pulled through for me. I think its important to point out that isnt some canned response for a review either. There was a lot of compassion and understanding to get me in something that matched what I needed with what I had available, and these men went over the top. Jaylin was amazing and its rewarding to see a very young man in the car business that's already moving mountains for himself and others. Thank you guys so much for being an absolutely impressive team. Keep that mindset alive!”

“5 stars all around! Requested an OTD price by email which was received within the hour. Scheduled a dealer visit, walked in right at 9am sharp, drove out in our new car a couple hours later. The price I paid matched the email quote to the dollar. While options to add packages were presented, it was made clear they were not mandatory to receive the quoted price. I declined all add ons and it was perfectly fine. Other dealers often require expensive add-ons, but not here. Everything was very honest, upfront and efficient. What a great experience for my son buying his first car. Thanks Brandon, you were great!”

“I was happy with the oil change and the time it took as well as the nice gentleman who took care of me. However, I had oily handprints all over my windows and doors. I initially opted not to have a car wash. I went through Whitewater Car Wash the next day and the oily hand prints are still on my windows. There should not have been any handprints anywhere except possibly on the hood of the car. Photos are prior to car wash. P.S. ZERO wiper fluid in my car same day as oil change.”

“If I could give negative stars I would and if I told the entire story start to finish then this review would be 3 pages long. In short: My mechanic who deals with them had my car towed there and they were so rude to him on the phone he meant to have this towed to Fairfield since Colerain was SO disrespectful to him. Unfortunately the tow guy did in fact take it to Colerain. Then I paid $1700 for them to fix my car. They said they were almost positive this would remedy the issue (I realize you can never be 100% sure). Several times I was told I would be contacted.... I wasn't. Then I get a TEXT, not call, saying that the car was not fixed but they could transfer me to the sales team. I had to beg and plead and talk to the service manager, the operations manager, and the general manager to be offered $200 back when my car is in no way fixed. They really just wanted to sell me a new car it seemed. The service manager then lied and said they had told me that there was only a 50/50 chance this would fix my car. That never happened. I would not have gambled $1700 on a 2011 base model car. Eventually I did get $500 back after pleading. So still $1200 down the drain for NOTHING. The icing on the cake was when my car got towed back to my house damaged. It had to be damaged on their property. Side swiped with deep scratches that can't be buffed out. I have never had a worse experience in my life. I have friends who have had similar experiences and honestly I have no idea how they have the good ratings they do. Maybe their sales team is better than their service team? I will say the general manager is new to that branch so most of this bad review falls on the service manager, and their underwriter tiffany. I still feel as though I should have gotten my money back. Will never go there again.”
