We were looking for a specific certified pre owned hybrid CR-V, and they were looking at new vehicles. We had an excellent experience with John Booth as our salesman, and my in-laws worked with Quince Sweeten who took wonderful care of them. John got us the best price for our (admittedly less than perfect) trade-in and we both walked away with gorgeous hybrid CR-Vs (and one of John’s favorite pens; it is really nice, thx John). We discovered a couple of chips in the paint on the hood the next day, and John got the car in immediately with the paint dept. and they touched it up to perfection in less than an hour.
