“Jeep Parts Department and Sales were very helpful to me in a pinch. Needed a bolt last moment to finish my brake job. Called at 5:30PM to verify it was in stock and it was. Parts closed at 6PM but I wouldn’t make it in time, the gentleman who answered made arrangements to leave the bolt with sales after closing for me as a courtesy. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sharif and another gentleman in sales who had the bolt I needed. I paid them with exact change and went along my way. Very thankful for the 3 of them! They saved the day!”

“Very respectful by each department, showing me where to go if I needed their services. I bought my second vehicle from this place, each time, I had no problems whatsoever, whether over the phone or in person. Even when there was a manufacturing error or defect, I called them, they returned calls. They apologized,and wanted to resolve the problem right away, so they set up a day and time, I brought it in, they fixed it right away at no cost, at all. My second purchase , I decided to go back to the Jeep, but still have the truck capabilities and went with the "Old School design" Wrangler Pick-Up. I went there with my girlfriend and were basically just getting the latest information on a purchase kicking tires, but when I saw this "showroom eye catcher", I wanted to take it home "Today". By the time we went over the numbers to where I would be comfortable with, it got real late in the evening. But Adrian was not going to let me go home disappointed and went above and beyond the call of car salesman duty, he made a few proposals to his company's chain of command, he sent me home to eat, Adrian called me up saying we got 15 minutes to make this happen. I was back in a flash, and I was going home feeling very fortunate and happy, that I got a vehicle I really wanted. They are real good dedicated people working there.”
