I went to this dealership for the first time on Monday and I had the pleasure of working with Yesenia Rosario. She was extremely kind, funny, patient, and empathetic with my girlfriend and I, and she helped me obtain an extremely good deal on a car that I was very interested in. She is absolutely AMAZING at her job! Marcus Lozano was also extremely helpful and attentive. He went in detail regarding my payments and told me exactly what I was in for. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend attending this dealership as the service is outstanding and the people here truly love to help others reach their goals.

I recently purchased a new car, and I could not be happier with the experience . from the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and zero pressure. The sales team was knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. they walked me though all my options, answered every question clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The entire process- from test driving to financing was smooth, transparent, and efficient. There were no surprises and everything was explained upfront, which made a huge difference. what really stood out was the level of customer service. They went above an beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. I absolutely love my new car & am grateful for such a positive buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free an trustworthy car buying process!

Never going back to this dealership again. Repairs were never done right the first time. They never reinstall anything correctly, there's missing bolts, snapped bolts, some weren't tighten down, unplug connectors, and damage/broke the connectors. Spend so much money and nothing was fixed. Took my money and my extended warranty money and still have the same issues. Every time they work on my car, it feels and sounds worse. I kept on having to go back to get it "fixed." Lack of communication between the technician and the advisor. I've kept on complaining about a part they replaced, and they never looked into it. Found out the advisor didn't write it down for the technician to check it out. The advisor also said that he documented everything, and he doesn't see that I complained about it. Found the conversation when we talked about it. So I went on a drive with the technician, he confirmed that it was the part they replaced, but now that the warranty for the part is expired, there's nothing they can do. Ask to speak to the assistant service manager, Alexis Quimso. He was rude and giving me a bad attitude. He said, "I'm too busy right now to help you. I have two other cars before you. Call me tomorrow." When I called him the next day and explained everything, he said, "I'll talk to the technician and advisor and call you back." Waited about a week and no call back. I've called multiple times to ask to speak to the General Manager, Luis Gonzalez, and could never reach him. So I asked if I could talk to the Service Manager, Jeremy Sanchez. He was also unprofessional, rude, and had a bad attitude. Did not want to hear what I had to say and kept saying he's not going to do anything to help me and nothing he can do, even after I said, "I have proof of me complaining about it when the part still had warranty." But he told me to go talk and show them to my extended warranty. Spend all this money for them to make my car feel and sound worse. If I could rate this lower I would. We'll be contacting the BBB.

Fantastic experience. Jose is great, made the whole experience very smooth, and Manny was extremely effective and a clear communicator on the finance side, both were a joy to speak with and cannot recommend them and the staff enough.
