This is the best car lot I have went to so if you need a car a good running nice decent car they got truck trucks SUVs cars whatever you’re looking for chargers everything you will not be disappointed. “Drove more than an hour to view one of their cars they had listed online only to find out the engine is destroyed this important detail was not listed on the initial post, phishing for views, and the body panels are completely misaligned. Showroom staff didn’t have the key in order to inspect the car from It’s interior and were offering a locksmith to come out and open it. The transparency is not in their priority, nor is professionalism, bad business all around, from not detailing pre-existing or current conditions of their vehicles to not having a simple key in order to open the car and turn it on this visit was a complete waste of time and felt as if this was a backyard craigslist meet up.”

All the staff made us feel really comfortable, from Raquel who met us at outside and talked with us as we filled out our paper work, Kevin who was helping to get the deal through, all the way down to the owner Casey. The mechanics were also pleasant. The thing is I really came with my son, to help him get his car. They were so good, they talked me into buying another car. These guys were AWESOME. I would recommended anyone looking for a place to purchase a car to go here. It's good to find a dealership that don't try to pressure you, and really explain everything to you. “I have desperately needed to purchase a vehicle as I lost my last car in an accident. I needed something within my budget and quickly. After reviewing my financial documents, it became apparent that it would be difficult to drive off the lot with a car today. But the staff were so amazing that they did everything that could to make sure I had something today no matter what. After thoroughly explaining all the details of the car purchasing process, they were able to convince my (unwavering) mother to assist in the purchasing process which made all the difference in me being able to finance a car. I also noticed that a light was out on the front of my car and decided to try getting both things done in one trip. When I entered the building and let Raquel and Chris know what I needed today, Chris pulled out the light that was out on my vehicle. I was happy to know that Car Planet was already on top of it and just needed time to call me back to have the part replaced.”
