“Made a 2.5-hour trip to the dealership to see a Genesis G70 after speaking with Brenna. I had asked her specifically on the phone for detailed pictures and honest info about the car’s condition, since we didn’t want to waste a day traveling. After our initial call she did send photos and when I asked about tire condition, her were along the lines of “the tires are good.” This could mean a lot of things. When we arrived, we were shocked to see all four rims badly scratched and the tires near the end of their life—maybe 4,000-5,000 miles left. And it was severely obvious as well. When we raised these concerns, she became defensive instead of listening. She told me I should’ve been more specific about the photos I wanted—rather than taking responsibility for not disclosing the true condition. That’s not how a professional salesperson should handle honest customer feedback. Our concerns and time deserve respect when I’m making a major purchase, period. We lost an entire day of travel and felt misled. I expected more transparency and respect for our time. Instead, I feel like we were met with poor excuses and a lack of accountability. I wouldn’t recommend trusting the initial details you’re given here.”

“I was a difficult customer to deal with. I didn’t mean to be, but life has thrown some curveballs at me lately, and my emotions are all over the place. Plus, even without the curveballs, I’m always looking for a deal. So I gave the managers grief, but they were still very professional and I saved money and they still made some money so it worked out great on both ends.
