“I walked in just to look at the jeep gladiators I saw on their online catergory and I walked out with an amazing preowned Jeep Gladiator. The salesman already knew the Jeep was it for me based on my smile driving it. I got a decent deal on her and hope she lives longer then the Chevy trax I traded in with my dad. The salesman built report with my dad to get the full seal of approval because my dad wants something well built and to my standards. I love the jeep and believe it or not I got hurt at my work as an EMT yesterday and the layout of the gladiator really helps getting in and out of the vehicle. Fate has a funny way doing things and fate brought me to Harry Essex at Graff ford in Chesterton. Still waiting on a quote for a part from my dads ranger but excited to do future business with y'all! “I have worked with multiple Ford dealerships and Graff has been my best experience by far. I walked into the dealership without my husband because he was working but I really wanted to look at and test drive a car I saw online before it sold. I’ve done this in the past at other dealerships (large Ford dealerships in NWI) and have had AWFUL experiences with pushy, predatory salesmen.
