“I purchased my new vehicle at I-5 Toyota in Chehalis via the Costco Auto Program. Costco delegated me to go to I-5 Toyota in Chehalis. Costco has pre-set pricing on new vehicles, and they tell you what dealership to go to. From the moment I walked into I-5 Toyota, a friendly staff member asked if I've been helped. I told her that I have an appointment with Lyle Talbot. Lyle and I had a phone conversation previously, as I had questions about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Lyle took the time to explain the Costco pricing. Because Costco has arrangements at selected dealerships, there was no haggling! And I felt the Costco membership discount was substantial--a great deal in my opinion! Lyle took me on a test-drive and I fell in love with the car! I had previously done extensive research on YouTube and the Toyota website about the model I was interested in. It took about a week for the vehicle to arrive from the Toyota factory in Georgetown, Kentucky. Lyle took his time with me, as we added my desired options. I then went to see Nate West, Finance Manager. Nate took the time to explain the various service and maintenance contracts. New vehicles nowadays have lots of computers and electronics. And you don't want to take a chance on future costly repair bills--this is why you should purchase service contracts and maintenance contracts. Nate took the time to research which financial institution had the lowest APR: he locked me in with a local credit union, whose APR is 4.74%! Toyota special financing was offering 4.99%. I'm heading back to I-5 Toyota late this week to have the remainder of my accessories installed. Service Consultant, Kandyce and I texted/talked on the phone regarding my accessories. Kandyce also provided me with the utmost in customer service. I highly recommend I-5 Toyota, if you're in the market for a new or used Toyota vehicle!”
