“Dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy said it would be an hour because they were short staffed. The lady I had scheduled with made it sound like they had all sorts of time after 2:30pm to get me in. I left for an hour and 40 minutes and still no call. I pulled in and they were just lifting it to rotate the tires….. I waited another few minutes and called to check on the status. This lady “went to check” and said it’s ready. I made her repeat herself because I could see my car up in the air and they were just starting on the oil change….. go to “pick it up” and of course, it’s not ready. I also saw him put the wheels back on and did not see them tighten the lugs. I made sure that he knew I knew they hadn’t done that before they started on the oil change. The guy was super dismissive of my time, sitting there waiting for my car. As I write this, I’m sitting in the waiting area and it’s now been here for two hours. I will most definitely not be taking my car to this joke of a dealership again. People’s time matters. Do better!”
