“Service department is very slow. Need a simple diagnostic on my AC system for a brand new truck. They refuse to do the work in a timely manner and wanted me to leave the truck over night…. For only a diagnostic. I told them I wanted to come back for the repairs, we just need to diagnose. Showed up for my first visit. They said oh no they won’t be don’t today. So I happily rescheduled. I rescheduled with the manager to a day he promised he “could get you in first thing in the morning”… Well now I dropped it off at 7:30am. Before they open. I call at 10am to make sure we’re on track, as the manager told me “could get you in first thing”. Well nope. They never got me in first thing, they say they can’t be done by 1 or 1:30 when I need my truck back. Unacceptable to work with a manager and have them coordinate you to be the first truck worked on in the morning. I was lied to by the manager and won’t be going back for service or sales unless someone twists my arm. Will happily drive further for better service.”
