“Our experience at the Chattanooga dealership, specifically Mountain View Ford at 153, was unsatisfactory. The attached images highlight unresolved issues that were supposedly addressed, along with discrepancies in the expected detailing services. Furthermore, the agreed-upon vehicle price increased by $2,000 during the paperwork process. This was our first visit to a Mountain View location, and it was regrettable. We had visited other dealerships and decided to stop at this one during our drive. We purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry, which initially offered a favorable deal. However, upon commencing the documentation, the price was elevated by $2,000. I found the sales representatives, particularly John Johnathan (or whatever his name is) Clarke, to be unsatisfactory. It is regrettable that the vehicle was retained for two full days, only to be returned with dirt on the floorboard, no complimentary wash, and an incomplete detail clean. Sad!!! I am trying to decide do I want to see you all that small clean Court😡😡”
