“This was my first experience with CarMax but it will not be my last. Alex made this such an easy process. I really enjoy the no haggling, and their prices seem more than fair. I picked out what I wanted on their website, and he got the shipping set up for me. The shipping was timely. There were some issues with the tires when it arrived, so CarMax set me up for new tires at a convenient location the very next day. I will definitely use CarMax again.”

“Excellent experience and customer service. Staff is very friendly and the salesman aren't breathing down your throat. The car had a minor issue and they corrected it right away. I will use them again when the time comes to trade in my new car. They gave me a fair offer for my Mercedes Benz. Justice our sales representative was great and very patient with us.”

“We recently went looking for a new to us SUV. We had looked all over the place trying to find one that met our needs, and after failing at two other dealerships with agreeing on both price shipping because the two SUVs we found were out of state, we finally gave up and went to CarMax. We had bought another car through CarMax and it was a hassle-free experience and when we looked the first time they had not had a SUV that fit our needs, but one popped up on their website so we had it shipped without any problem or hassle to Chattanooga where we went to look at the SUV and test drive it. It was exactly as expected and even with financing the car elsewhere we were able to buy the SUV with no problems.”
