“I regret ever stopping at Malloy. To start the sales person was pushing trying to sell something I clearly said I could not afford and didn't want. It was clear that he was trying to make an end of month sale no matter what. Had my vehicle for less than a month before all the issues began. Here we are 7 months later...I've had 2 transmission replacements and a motor replacement. I have no paperwork to show for anything after asking multiple times. Communication is crap. They pretend to care about the customer but they don't. I've dealt with everyone from sales, service writers, managers... even tried to reach out to the GM to no avail. Kudos to Cameron R. for being the only one to communicate when I have reached out. Finally got my vehicle back after months only to replace my battery on the same day where it was depleted during the months long hiatus repairs, but no calls back on that either....we will see how long the repairs last this time...I just don't have faith in it. I do not suggest Malloy Chevrolet.”

“I took my vehicle in Monday Jan. 19 for oil change, When I arrived as usual the service guy tried to sell me 1900 worth of service he said I needed. I did agree to have my tires rotated. When I was driving home I noticed a large scratch mark on my leather steering wheel and the steering wheel is now vibrating. I contacted the service guy sent photo of the damage. I was told the manager would call me but he never has. I was told he was in important meetings. I guess his meetings were more important then a loyal customer. It takes 2 minutes to at least contact me and let me know your busy but will be in touch. they have my phone and email address. The only time I have received any information is when I have emailed the service guy. Terrible customer service. I will not use them again if this is how Malloy treats their customers. Linda”

“Beware that this service department does not have its consumers in mind. We brought out newer GMC Sierra Denali into service because the engine would completely cut off. This happened for both my husband and myself on two different occasions while driving. They kept saying they couldn’t get the issue to recreate the issue. Left it there for a total of two weeks with no resolution AND they tried to charge us the diagnostic fee despite this truck being under powertrain and extended warranty. I took it home and went to another dealership to find out that there was a MAJOR recall on this exact issue and when taking it to other dealership they immediately found a major issue (Lifters have to be completely replaced) and other major issues relating to the recall. Malloy did the bare minimum and sent us away putting us in a very dangerous position. You mean to tell me they didn’t know anything about this recall and couldn’t even mention it? Yea right. Any GM dealer would know about this. This is classic GM dealership trying to get out of doing recall work because it costs them money in labor. Shame on you, Malloy.”

Usually it’s so stressful purchasing a vehicle and not only did she take the stress out of it, she made it fun and personable. “Overall great experience - here's why only 4* - The dealer scratched the car while prepping it for delivery. These things happen, BUT - when buying a new car one expects these things NOT to happen. The dealer owned up to their mistake and paid for the damage. This minor event resulted in many lost hours waiting. It's not about the money, it's about the lack of care that was exhibited by the dealership. The entire team at Malloy Chevrolet is great to work with and is always open and willing to find solutions to whatever problem comes up. I recommend the dealership 100%!”
