He was courteous and attentive throughout the entire procedure and worked quickly to consult with the parts department to locate the materials needed for the repair on our Sienna, which were not in the dealer’s inventory. Nathan worked with Toyota’s parts system, located and ordered the required parts, and rescheduled an appointment in three days. While the parts system processed his order, Nathan communicated with us each day to keep us up to date on the order’s progress. Nathan called us on the morning the parts arrived and offered us an appointment that very same day! That afternoon, we departed the dealership in our repaired Sienna with the recall completed. To us, Nathan represented the Toyota commitment to quality. He was personable and responsive. He stayed in touch with us as the parts came in and scheduled the repair the same day of their arrival.
