In May, we purchased a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership, and the buying process was smooth. “I wanted to write an honest review of this location. I can’t speak on all Parks facilities but I shopped at the Charlotte one in particular. I myself live in Virginia. I drove down on a Saturday to make a deal on a used car purchase I found online. Unfortunately the used vehicle was no longer available. So my sales representative Demetrius gave me a new Chevrolet Silverado 1500 to test drive and check out. It wasn’t was I initially wanted but Demetrius made me fall in love with it. I wasn’t able to secure a deal on that Saturday. So the following Sunday Trevon the sales manager gave me a call on his day off I’d like to add and we came to a deal over the phone. Parks Chevrolet delivered the vehicle to me 2.5 hours away to my home residence in Virginia completely hassle free. All the paperwork was handled electronically and over the phone it was completely seamless. Of course the delivery driver was pleasant as well and very informative. I’m now 2 days into ownership and I’ve had a few questions about the titling and registration. Rest assured I contacted my sales representative and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a great deal. These guys mean business when they tell you that they are going to get you in something you’re going to love. Also little funny side note, I had my 7 month old with me. She loved Demetrius and he promised me if I bought a new car he would get her a balloon because she was very fascinated with the balloons at the dealership. Guess what was in the back seat of the truck when it was delivered to me? That’s right my daughters balloon! Just goes to show how much this place cares about their customers, the little things always matter and I just thought that was very sweet. Anyways again I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to stop in at Parks Chevrolet they will take care of you I promise!”
