“Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my CPO 2022 Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. Before visiting, I requested an OTD price quote by email, which they promptly provided. That transparency made it much easier to decide whether the vehicle was worth coming in to test drive. I requested this from a number of dealers before deciding on this one. As with any used vehicle, I wasn't expecting absolute perfection, but because it was a CPO, I did expect it to be in excellent condition. I found a few minor items that needed attention, and the dealership addressed them quickly without any hassle. After I purchased the vehicle, I noticed one additional issue, brought it back the same day, and they had it fixed in about 30 minutes. The entire buying process took around five hours, which is long, but I visited on a busy Saturday. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured. Everyone gave me the time I needed to think through my decisions and review my options. Dennis, my salesperson, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He never made me feel rushed and even followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of customer service really stood out. Karissa, the General Manager, was also very kind and helpful. Sara in Finance made what is often the most stressful part of buying a car feel simple. She carefully explained the financing process, walked me through all of my options, and gave me plenty of time to make informed decisions without feeling rushed. I do have one remaining minor issue that the dealership has already agreed to repair. I'll be bringing the vehicle in for service soon, and I'll update my review once that service has been completed. Based on my experience so far, I'm optimistic it will go just as smoothly as the rest of the process. My biggest piece of advice for anyone buying a vehicle is to come prepared. Do your research beforehand, know which vehicles you want to see, determine your OTD budget, and get pre-approved for financing if possible. The more prepared you are, the smoother and less stressful the buying experience will be. Service: Overall, I had a good service experience. The wait time was about an hour, which was reasonable. My service advisor, Alex, did an great job explaining the issue with my vehicle and outlining the next steps for the repair. While I was waiting, I also received a text with a video showing the problem, which I really appreciated. It was a helpful and transparent way to keep me informed throughout the process.”
