“Full disclosure, I am an employee of this store. For the first time though, I got to be a customer. My sales person was Jaylen, he was super helpful and got all my numbers together quickly while I worked. The car i wanted was not on the lot but one was coming in the next few days. He reserved it for me, and when it arrived it was already on hold for me. Amanda Rivera is a person I see at work sometimes but rarely interact with as we work in different departments of the store. She was our technology specialist, I thought would say, here you go, and I would have to teach my wife how everything worked. She set up her phone, connect everything, got the app all set up and spent over an hour answering questions. She was the best part of the experience. On my next go around I will definitely request the same team! Great job all around! 6 stars if possible”
