“Purchased a Giulia Quadrifoglio from Godspeed Motors in August. Within hours of delivery, the car broke down and stranded me. Since then, I’ve spent over $5,000 (and counting) on towing, mechanics, and transport —but the car still isn’t drivable. Godspeed Motors took the car back for repairs, but only a few days after receiving the car back it went into limp mode this time dangerously on the highway, I was lucky enough to get off the highway before it completely stopped . They wanted the car returned for another round of repairs, which I refused as I’ve completely lost faith in their ability to resolve the issue. Now the car is sitting at an official Alfa Romeo service center , waiting for answers.My experience echoes many other negative reviews. I am very disappointed and strongly do not recommend them . Update / Response to Dealer For clarity, this vehicle required a complete headlight-to-dash wiring harness replacement from the beginning. Within hours of purchase in August 2025, the car broke down on my first drive and was towed to an authorized Alfa Romeo dealership. On August 13, 2025, that dealership documented a pinched wire in the body harness and noted that body harness replacement might be required. I attempted to manage costs through an independent Alfa Romeo specialist, including a partial wiring-harness repair, but the issue persisted. I then returned the vehicle to Godspeed’s facility, where it remained for approximately one month. It was returned to me stating the issue had been resolved. Within days, the same electrical failure reoccurred, including a limp-mode event while driving on the highway. A subsequent comprehensive diagnosis at a different authorized Alfa Romeo dealership confirmed that the entire headlight-to-dash wiring harness required full replacement. The official repair order states: “Replace complete headlamp to dash harness.” I informed Godspeed of this confirmed diagnosis. I was told the vehicle could be returned again for repair, or taken back as a trade-in at approximately $6,000 less than the purchase price, with the final value to be determined once the vehicle was in their possession. I was also informed that repairs not performed by their facility would not be reimbursed. Given that the vehicle had already been in their care for approximately one month without resolving the wiring harness defect, and that I could not continue making payments on an undriveable car, returning it again was not a reasonable option. I ultimately authorized the complete wiring harness replacement at the authorized Alfa Romeo dealership at a total cost of $9,450.22, which resolved the issue. The repair invoice is attached. In total, between towing, transportation, diagnostics, independent repair attempts, and the full wiring harness replacement, I have spent approximately $15,000 out of pocket correcting a defect that was present from the first drive. This update reflects the documented sequence of events and the substantial expense required to make the vehicle safe and operable.”

“After scrolling through the Facebook feed, I stumbled upon Godspeed Motors North Charlotte and checked out their inventory. My wife and I have been looking to add another vehicle to our fleet and in seeing what they had in stock as well as the near perfect reviews on Google, we decided to take a drive up. We were planning to look at a Maserati, an Audi, and a Range Rover. My wife had been looking for a convertible Audi for sometime, so we were leaning towards that. As soon as we walked in the door, we were warmly welcomed, but not pounce upon, which I appreciate it. They told us to make ourselves at home and walk through the sales floor. All vehicles are indoors, which on this cold winter afternoon was a welcome as we were nice and cozy. I am sure in the hot days of summer the reverse will be true keeping you cool. The car is on the showroom floor are absolutely gorgeous. Our venture sales person JaJa introduced himself and said if we had any questions to come see him again absolutely no pressure. We requested a test drive of the Audi convertible and quickly fell in love. JaJa had us all done within an hour and then we went into the finance office and worked with Ash was also a pleasure working with. Both JaJa and Ash have been with Godspeed going on seven years. Whenever we’re ready for our next vehicle, and it is a win, not an F, we will definitely be back. For now, we are super excited to bring the Audi A5 convertible S line series home…thank you again for amazing purchase experience.”

“This is now the 3rd vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Godspeed through JaJa who is absolutely amazing as not just a salesperson, but a person who really understands what his customer wants. Two of the vehicles we purchased we drove to our second home over 1000 miles across the country and they performed beautifully. We have been nothing but satisfied with the service and vehicles we have purchased through Godspeed. JaJa has been instrumental in guiding us through all 3 vehicles based on our needs. “Jase did a great job, this place look very busy and has a lot of high-end cars. I however found a nice used land rover with low miles. I upgraded for the black sporty wheels. I am over 2 hours away and half way home the tire light came on the the engine light came on. Overall happy with the experience I hope If I can get it back down they will correct the issue. I will keep you updated. However I think it is the sensor in the new wheels. Thanks Jase”
