The whole process was super easy, especially considering I secured my own financing through my bank before coming to the dealership. The whole experience was great. Walked in and they were very accommodating even though we didnt have an appointment. I would highly recommend coming down to this Carmax and paying Jett a visit, you wont be disappointed.”

“If I am being generous, I could count a head nod from one staff member as almost a hello. Beyond that, I really do not understand how this location stays in business. They have some interesting vehicles on the lot, but make sure you set an appointment if you want to actually purchase something here. As a drop-in and walk the lot to do market research and learn about vehicle options that you might find appealing, at least they check that box.”

“I bought my 2024 Toyota RAV4 on March 13th from Carmax on 3/13/26. Great with 18K miles. Cancelled the extra warranty on 3/15. Paid the car off on 3/27. All great experiences. Brought in a friend to purchase a late model Toyota RAV4 as well, but, your stock that day was very low like only three or four vehicles that fit her needs. Thank you for having what I needed!”

“Vehicle inventory/descriptions allow for many options/comparisons to pick from. Easy to find a dealership near me and find out if they have a vehicle in their inventory I want to drive. For me I test drove the model I was interested in, at a store near me. Then was able to ship a vehicle from a store in my region for a reasonable price. Communication via my salesman was great. Paperwork/progression was quick/easy compared to conventional dealerships. I like the option of adding an extended warranty. This is my 3rd purchase from Carmax. I highly recommend them!”
