“I’m a bit conflicted about leaving a five star review for a dealership because the whole process of car shopping is well, kind of a drag. But Jeremy and the rest of the team at Sheehy made it as breezy as possible. I’m not local and most of the communication was done through text and email, which is great for clarity; Jeremy was super responsive often even after-hours. I bought new, and negotiation was pain-free, I asked for an OTD price that wasn’t crazy and they met it immediately; ended up paying a shade less at pick-up. Hyundai stock is a bit hard to come by this year (and moving quickly), but they were completely understanding when I had to delay pickup for several days. No pushy sale tactics, just trying to fit the right person in the right car; financing was very straightforward, pre-screened at home and loan terms absolutely as expected. In and out of the dealership in under 2 hours, most of that was just having the car get final detailing. Overall great experience deserving of 5 stars, and nice people to boot; much appreciated from someone with a busy schedule.”

“My sales experience started when I called the dealership and Sal took the lead on confirming the availability of a vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, Sal agreed to text me a link w/ all of their available certified pre-owned Ioniq 5s. I was able to see the one I wanted( Ioniq 5 w/ shooting star matte finish) and confirmed with Sal that I would be in to check out the vehicle and make the purchase.
