“I hate leaving negative reviews because everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, but my experience was really disappointing.
When I scheduled my appointment, I was told the service would take up to three hours. I dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. and returned at 2:30 p.m., only to find out my vehicle hadn’t been worked on. I was then told the three-hour estimate only applied if I was waiting at the dealership, which was never explained when I booked the appointment. I also had to choose between getting my car back quickly or receiving the complimentary car wash that was included with the service.
To top it off, the Uber arranged by the dealership drove me to the wrong address (they had entered in the destination incorrectly without checking with me).
The staff was kind throughout the process, but the communication and scheduling were disappointing. I expected a much smoother experience from Porsche.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this Porsche service department has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a 2021 Porsche Taycan approximately six months ago with only 18,000 miles on it. After driving it a few thousand miles, I brought the vehicle in to complete several Porsche software updates.
Approximately 100 miles later, the car displayed a serious electrical system malfunction warning. The dealership kept the vehicle for about two weeks and informed me the issue had been resolved. However, less than a mile after leaving the dealership, the exact same warning returned.
The vehicle then remained at the dealership for more than two additional months. After all that time, I was told they still could not definitively diagnose the root cause of the problem.
Instead, I was presented with a list of expensive possibilities. First, I was told a rear electrical module might need replacement at a cost of approximately $16,000, with only a 40-60% chance of solving the issue. If that did not work, one of the drive motors might need replacement at a cost exceeding $20,000. If that still did not solve the problem, the battery pack could potentially be the cause.
What concerns me is that extensive online discussions from other Taycan owners describe similar electrical system faults that ultimately resulted in battery-related repairs covered under Porsche’s battery warranty. Despite this, I was being asked to consider tens of thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket repairs before the battery system was even identified as the likely source of the issue.
After more than two months in the shop, I still did not receive a definitive diagnosis. I was essentially being asked to authorize major component replacements through a process of elimination.
The customer service aspect was equally disappointing. When I informed the service representative that I intended to contact Porsche Corporate regarding my experience, he responded by making a dismissive gesture—placing his hand behind his ear as if to say, “I can’t hear you,” or that my complaint did not matter. That behavior was unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a luxury brand dealership.
I purchased this vehicle only six months ago, have barely driven it, and it has spent a significant amount of time sitting at the dealership without a solution.
My experience has left me with serious concerns regarding both the dealership’s diagnostic capabilities and the level of customer service provided. I would strongly encourage prospective Taycan owners to thoroughly research long-term reliability, warranty coverage, and service support before making a purchase decision.”

“Great Customer Experience at Porsche Chandler. I worked with Chris Pauken and he always kept me in the loop of how things were going with my order and did a great job on the delivery of my new Cayenne.”

“This dealership is one of a kind. Make sure you ask for Candi who is the most wonderful person to buy a car from. The sales managers both Trevor and Adam are exceptional. The finance gentleman Kaymen is also thorough and exceptional. This is a first class operation in every sense of the word.”

“I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Chris Pauken at Porsche Chandler while purchasing my 2026 Porsche GT3, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best automotive buying experiences I’ve ever had.
From day one, Chris demonstrated a level of professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine passion for Porsche that immediately set him apart.
What stood out most was how thoughtful and patient he was throughout the entire process. He never rushed decisions. Instead, he asked the right questions, and guided me toward specifications that made sense long-term. His input helped me avoid options that sounded exciting but wouldn’t have added real value to my driving experience.
Beyond his expertise, Chris was incredibly responsive and transparent. Communication was clear, timelines were well managed, and he kept me updated at every stage. In a market where high-demand cars can sometimes feel transactional, Chris made the experience personal and memorable.
If you are considering a Porsche, especially a GT product, I strongly recommend working with Chris Pauken. His attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to delivering the right car (not just a sale) truly reflect what the Porsche brand stands for.
Thank you, Chris, for making this milestone purchase such an exceptional experience.”
