“Traveling from Colorado I developed an oil leak in my wife's Discovery. Stopped in to the Chandler Land Rover. This is the definition of customer service. Was greeted in a timely manner by JT. Fantastic customer interaction and haven't even made it to the service desk. Once JT walked me to the desk, he waited with me until James was available. James took care of my concern. I was impressed at the consideration and attitude. They were both genuinely concerned for the time frame and repair costs. I left the car with them over night. By noon the next day they had identified the issue and a couple other items I needed to keep an eye on. They fixed the immediate issue for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to come back my self or to send friends/family here. Impressed from start to finish with service and sales. Treated with respect and not $$$ signs rolling through their door. My next Rover purchase will likely be here simply based on the service department.”

“I live in Albuquerque and was in Irvine Cali for training. My Defender would not start at the hotel i was staying at. While i had the hood up Jim Deboy walked up and asked if he could help. He works at a land Rover Dealer in AZ he did some basic diagnosis then went ahead and called road side assistance for me. I did not know my warranty was still good tell 50k miles. The Dealer in Cali replaced my battery and got my car back same day. A few days later Jim called me out of the blue just to check on me. This is the best service I have ever received from a car dealer. He just took the time to say hello and how can i help. He does not work at the dealer in Irvine or Albuquerque and was still concerned enough about me as a Land Rover customer. If i am ever in Chandler I will make a point to come to the dealership and let the GM know how Amazing Jim is. best service i ever had”

“Traded my white 23 RR Sport for a Firenze red 26. Mike (MJ) is a grinder. Love salesman like that. We stopped by on a Sunday, not expecting anyone to be there. They actually are open. Found what I wanted and scheduled an appt for Monday. All went well and I’m happy with the purchase and the process. I had purchased the 23 here as well.”

“This is the second time I have purchased a Range Rover and every time they exceed my expectations. For example Bobby getting me the information in a timely manner, giving me different option plans for purchasing, then executing my decision immediately bringing the vehicle to my office or home so I can continue working 🙌 thoroughly going over the vehicle and answering all the questions helping with programming so I can get optimal use out of my vehicle to following up and asking if there’s anything else they can do to assist me. I even explained how in real estate I’m looking at multiple properties and needing miles and time between these properties and they had their technical assistant call me and show me even more options so I can do my job more efficiently.Bobby has offered to bring a vehicle to my work when it needs a check up and give me a vehicle so I have no downtime in my schedule. Time is so valuable to me because I do work so many hours. This is a great example of delivering and meeting clients needs.I would say for sure they deliver the white glove client service.
