“I was very impressed with the entire experience. The showroom was elegant. The sales rep, Logan, was very professional. There is nothing worse than being smothered by a salesman as soon as you walk on a lot. This is a big reason people buy online now. Logan was extremely respectful of my space. He said hello and waited for me to ask and then he answered well. The process was smooth (admittedly I don't do alot of grinding) the price on a new vehicle is what it is to me. They gave me a decent deal on my Lexus trade in and to me that's very big. The Genisis models themselves, are magnificent, I had no idea how beautiful Genisis were.
