“Outstanding Experience at AutoNation Chandler!
I came into AutoNation Chandler knowing exactly what I wanted — the vehicle, the price I was willing to pay, and with zero down. The team respected that completely and got me in and out quickly, meeting all of my requests without any hassle.
I purchased my car on a Sunday, so the service department wasn’t available to remove the sticker glue from my window at the time. When I got home, I noticed a small chip under where the sticker had been. I called first thing Monday, and Austin, the manager, assured me they would take care of it — and they absolutely did!
When I came back in, Jerico in the service department went above and beyond to make sure my car was thoroughly detailed. Even when the window technician wasn’t able to fill the chip, the team didn’t hesitate — they immediately ordered and replaced my windshield. While I had to wait a bit, it was 100% worth it for the level of care and service I received.
This was my first time buying a newer vehicle for myself, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m beyond grateful to the entire team at AutoNation Chandler, and I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family”
