“My wife and I came into this dealership during Memorial Day weekend on our hunt for the perfect car. We were warmly greeted by Izell who quickly grabbed as many keys as he could hold and let us play with the card that fit our criteria. We picked one and quickly took it for a test drive, Izell kept it fun and was great at explaining and showing the features of the car. We slept on it and decided to come back for it on Monday. Ron was a huge help in navigating all of the paperwork, negotiations and decisions surrounding buying and trading in. Ron did a great job explaining things and giving us the time and space to discuss and keeping us updated. The whole process was handled very quickly and we were handed over to Derek in the finance department. He did a great job guiding us through the available options and plans. He was able to explain things to us in a way that never made us feel like we were asking a dumb question (even though we probably were). The car itself was in great condition on the test drive and looked even better after we signed our names on it. I will definitely recommend Dyer and Dyer Volvo and plan on returning for service and future purchases.”

Somehow, they’ve had several employees that have helped us with each sale over the years. Very unusual for the car industry. “To say I loathe purchasing vehicles from a dealership is an understatement. Dyer & Dyer Volvo was the exception. On a busy, rainy day, Joshuah brought the car we wanted to look at to us which was about 35 miles. In the pouring rain, he showed us the features of the car & answered all the questions we had. Joshuah went above and beyond our expectations. Once we got to the dealership the following day to make our final decision, everyone was SO NICE. There was no pressure or sales tactics that one might be used to. Roman, was amazing as well. He helped us get a better deal on the car. After the purchase, Roman gave his 57' Chevy die-cast model car to my husband since he had one on his shirt. Shawn in the financing department made the transaction quick & easy. “This dealership only cares about taking your money and everything else is overlooked especially customer service. I purchased a used XC90 over a month ago and as soon as the purchase agreement was done the sales representative immediately became unresponsive to texts or phone calls to address concerns I had at the time. At the time of purchase title and tags fees were included in the purchase agreement and a permanent tag was supposed to be mailed to my address on record. After a couple weeks, I still did not receive my tags and proceeded to call the dealership. I was advised to wait and that this issue would be resolved. On the day my temporary tags were due to expire I still did not receive a permanent tag. I called the dealership once more and was advised to go to my nearest tag office to pickup my tag. This was a huge inconvenience for me especially after learning that emissions testing was not done on the vehicle. To add to the chaos I had to pay an out of pocket fee to get the tag. I was told that these fees would be reimbursed after I provided the receipts only for my messages to be ignored by the sales person. Overall this dealership is very unprofessional and the quality of customer service is at a bare minimum.”
