Grace Gao is one hard working woman! She runs to help expedite the smooth process of both choosing and purchasing a new vehicle! Always smiling which helps relieve the stress of the process 😊 Grace follows up with text messages, emails, and phone calls just to make sure everything is exactly what we needed and expected with the process! We love Grace. We bought our last car from Grace too!❤️

I purchased my 2026 Honda CRV Sport Touring last October. My salesman, Mike Reyes, worked with us to find the perfect car. I had in my mind what I wanted and they were able to get it for me…I wasn’t going to settle. They even put a big red bow on Pearl when she was ready to go! Felipe (the financial guy) was also through with explanations and made the paperwork an easy task. Had my complimentary first oil change this past week and all went well. Took approximately 40 minutes and during the process we took an Uber to Waffle House to eat breakfast while the work was done. Would recommend Curry Honda for many reasons!

Yesterday, I arrived at Curry Honda on Peachtree Industrial Blvd 12:25pm for my 12:15 service appointment to check on the TPMS lights on my 2014 Odyssey. I suspected the light was due to low sensor batteries or the sensors need to be replaced. Before the appointment, I called Curry Honda for an estimate for sensor replacement, but I did not receive a call back. I did get an estimate from another shop. When I arrived at check-in, I asked the service rep for an estimate for sensor replacement, and he replied $240 per wheel. I replied the quote I received from another shop was $125 per wheel, and I asked him to check on the pricing. When he returned, he said Hondo could replace the sensors for $125 per wheel. I was put off by the huge discrepancy between initial price of $240 and $125. Before I agreed to the service, I asked about the diagnostic fee. The service rep replied $184. He did say the amount would go towards the repairs. I then said that the quote I had gotten was free diagnostic and $380 total for (4) sensors. At this point, the service rep replied in a very dismissive tone that was a good deal and I should go there and walked away. I was parked in a service lane that was blocked. I had to open my window and call to him across 3 lanes how I should exit the service area. I have been a customer at Curry Honda since 2019 for this car that I bought there. I have spent a significant amount of money on service and repairs at this dealership. On my last service visit last summer, Curry Honda replaced the brake pads. By the time I got home to brakes were so rough, I was scared to drive it. I drove it back, and they fixed the problem. I chalked this up to a one off, but this second interaction convinced me that I likely am paying too much and not getting higher quality at the dealership. I do not expect to be treated this way when I discuss the price and quality of the service.

Average prices but unreliable services such as the oil change. I tried to book several times over the past year and every time I get the automated AI system. Curry doesn’t have enough people to perform the duties of the dealership maintenance. This time I was scheduling my 20k mile maintenance visit but was told that there’s no availability in the near future. I had the system check 10 days out and then 20 days out but there is no availability during this period. If you can’t get an oil change scheduled within twenty days, it represents sheer inadequacies in the Curry Honda Service Department and must carry over into the dealer management. So much for my complimentary oil change service.
