We talked about where i needed to be on price and he and the sales manager ( I'm sorry i don't think I got his name ) but they made my deal work for me ! Their finance mgr (Andy) was also helpful and understanding what i wanted ! This is my second Gladiator and I'm guessing my 25th jeep so far and if in the future I get anymore I will be going back! I highly recommend them !”

“BY FAR, the fastest and easiest truck buying process I have ever been a part of. This is my second time buying a truck from there in three years. I acquired online and received a call back within 20 mintues from the sales manager, Chase and I ended up going there the same day. “This dealership is garbage that’s for sure, I waited almost 2 weeks for my jeep was told they didn’t have any loaners when I would call etc instead of just keeping it real and saying they don’t do loaner vehicles anymore then Got my jeep back today and put it on the lift and look at this it’s a slow leak. Lucky this joint even gets a star!! Then the guy wants to complain about putting gas in the vehicle to be able to drive it Also they didn’t even fix the Christmas lights on dashboard, guy said that I had to pay another $187 for a diagnostic after they just got $7,500 from my warranty to fix the problem which they couldn’t do! Hell the skid plate missing!! So the general manager mark and I had sat down this evening and we figured out what the problem was together and fixed it. So I am changing it to 5 stars good customer service on resolving a problem that was posted and they came reached out and we resolved it. However I still want my skid plate back haha, pretty sure they will get one eventually no hurry. Overall satisfied with my the outcome from this situation!”
