“After doing research on Mazda Cx5 for nearly a year. I found three options. Two were in Cerritos. I called both. The first call was answered by the stereotypical car salesman. The second call was answered by Gustavo. Being in the service industry I was very impressed by his listening skills and attentiveness. I had some questions he was not certain about (since this was a Mazda not a Land Rover or Jaguar) and he quickly got back to me with the answer. I was going to wait for the Presidents Day sales but his service and friendly attitude convinced me to make the two hour drive to pick up my new ride.
