“In 2026 it is harder to find people, or businesses, that believe in KEEPING IN THEIR WORD! Well, let me tell you the individuals at Cerrito's Dodge, Jeep RAM are indeed people of their word. There was a "miscommunication" about a 2027 vehicle I was interested in purchasing, but the deal I was presented on the phone DID NOT match the deal I was presented when I arrived there. I promptly turned down the deal and asked to speak to a manager. Please understand, I did not wish to speak to a manager to try and haggle for the deal I was presented, I just wanted him to know that they could avoid situations like this by being more "upfront" on the phones. The GM Hussein, and Finance Guy George, apologized and asked me to stick around so they could have a discussion. I waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes before Hussein came out to greet me himself and told me they were going to honor the initial verbal agreement. THIS IS NOT A COMMON PRACTICE NOWADAYS! I was beyond shocked, and EXTREMELY grateful for this courtesy. The respect I have for these men goes beyond just your typical interaction between company & consumer. I could tell these men carry themselves like this OFF THE CLOCK as well. Buying a new car is an exhausting & frustrating task, but the people at Cerrito's Dodge understand that and honestly go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I travelled 45 minutes away from home to deal with them, and will gladly be doing so from here on out for any new purchases my family have. Can't Thank Diego, Hussein and George enough. My hat's off to you gentlemen. You are indeed some of the best in the business!”

“We visited Cerritos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on August 7 as serious buyers looking to purchase a new Dodge Durango. Unfortunately, we ultimately left and decided to purchase elsewhere because of our experience with Sales Manager Eddie Duran. We initially worked with Sales Consultant Atiq Rahman. During negotiations, we received multiple pricing figures that appeared inconsistent, including a tax calculation that raised questions. When we questioned the numbers, we were told that at least one of the figures provided was a typo. Because we were having difficulty understanding the discrepancies, we had my brother, who works in automotive sales, on the phone helping us review and understand the numbers. We asked to speak with a manager for clarification. Once Eddie became involved and learned that my brother worked in automotive sales, the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational. He questioned why this had not been disclosed beforehand, made comments about “salesman to salesman” courtesy, and accused my husband of trying to “play” him and not being upfront. His demeanor throughout the conversation came across to me as unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. The best way I could describe my personal impression afterward was that he was acting like the “Suge Knight of Cerritos Dodge.” It felt completely out of place for what should have been a professional conversation about purchasing a vehicle. During the exchange, Eddie also made a point of telling us that although he may look young, he has been doing this since the early 2000s. That made the interaction even more surprising. If someone has more than two decades of experience in the automotive business and is now in a management position, I would expect them to be able to handle customers questioning pricing without becoming confrontational. Profanity was also used during the interaction. I don’t recall every statement word-for-word, so I don’t want to inaccurately quote anyone. However, I clearly remember his demeanor and how uncomfortable the interaction became. I personally became uncomfortable enough with the way my husband was being spoken to that I got up and walked out of the dealership. To be clear, our issue is NOT that the dealership wouldn’t accept our offer. We completely understand that a dealership and customer may not agree on price. Our issue is how we were treated after questioning inconsistent figures and asking management for clarification. We came prepared to purchase a $50,000+ Durango, but this experience caused us to take our business elsewhere. Customers making a significant purchase should be able to ask questions about pricing and have someone knowledgeable assist them without being made to feel as though they’re doing something wrong. I sincerely hope senior management reviews how this interaction was handled.”

“BEWARE!! The initial interaction started pleasant. We went in expecting the online promoted price which was around 19k, and then we received a mailer for an additional $500 off. They proceeded to share that they didn’t even know that was being sent out. Once we got to discussing numbers they told us that the price was actually showing 25k on the lot. However, they would honor the 19k. After that they went on to tell us that there were going to be 2 additional fees of $995 due to a security feature app and a dealer processing fee that is standard for ALL cars sold from that lot. At that point they told us given what we wanted to pay there was nothing more. It’s not a bad dealership but to have a final ticket price online and then be told all of these other ancillary fees need to be added was wild. I wasn’t going to do a review initially, but ironically they sent a message asking me for one so there ya go!”

“I traded my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel, although I couldn’t get one with a panoramic sunroof, I am loving my new Ram and all it’s other features. Brandon’s efforts deserves recognition, he has been so helpful throughout this whole experience. I will definitely recommend buying or leasing your new/next vehicle with him. Thank you Brandon for all your help, efforts, responses, follow ups and ensuring everything got done in a timely matter. Genesis and I appreciate it.”
