“The time you are there lpast closing at 6PM while they still have your car from your 3PM appointment. Was this appointment a complete engine rebuild? No it was the 15k safety check and check fluids. Over 3 hours to check the wiper fluid. Total incompetence and disregard of their customers. Avoid like the plague. Useless.”
