“​I had a terrible experience with the service department at Reymore and will never return. I brought in my 2024 Silverado for an issue covered by a warranty I purchased at another Chevy dealership. I called in advance to ensure they would honor it, and they confirmed they would. ​An hour into the appointment, they called to say they hadn't found the issue but suspected an electrical problem. They claimed that if it were "corrosion," it wouldn't be covered, and asked for two additional hours to diagnose. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the service associate was incredibly rude—he ignored me while I stood directly in front of him and refused to answer basic questions about the repair. ​Worse yet, they never even attempted to submit the claim to my warranty. They provided zero photos and didn't show me the replaced part to prove there was actually corrosion. I ended up being charged for four hours of labor ($800) instead of the three we discussed. I feel completely taken advantage of. Buyer beware: avoid this service department at all costs.”
