“I am updating my original review from a positive one to a 1-star rating based on how things turned out afterward. My experience here ultimately left a lot to be desired. When I sat down to do the paperwork, the finance guy casually told me, "Well, good news, your payment only went up $60." I replied, "You think that's good news? Not to me." At the time, I assumed the payment increase was just because I chose a different vehicle than the one I originally looked at. It wasn't until I looked over the contract later that I discovered extra add-on items and costs were quietly slipped into my paperwork without a single word of an actual explanation during signing. When you're sitting at the desk going through the final paperwork, you trust that the numbers on the page reflect what was discussed. Finding out later that fees or products were added silently—bypassing any chance to question them or say no—is a frustrating experience. I strongly advise anyone buying a vehicle here to scrutinize every single line of the final contract before signing your name. Kurt Ahola”

“I had received a marketing letter from Lenward telling me about Palm Springs Nissan dealership, car deals and specials that they have going on. Kiara P sales person introduced herself to me. I showed her the letter I got from Lenward. I told her I was interested in the Nissan Rogue. It was fun shopping with her. I found one that I liked. Kiara P did my application and took it to the sales manager Alex M. He came back to let me know he had found a lender however the payment was ridiculously high and I told him NO I will not be able to afford that. He went back to the lender and did his sales manger Magic and came back with a payment that I was able to afford. I was shocked to say the least. Off to The finance department where I had the pleasure of meeting Richard B he gave me some helpful tips regarding car insurance and I used. My overall experience was great. It was nice to be able to ring the bell. Kiara P put a beautiful bow on my car. I love my new 2026 Nissan Rogue. When I went to the dealership, I was hopeful of getting a car. I was surprised to get a 2026 with my Credit score.”
