He was so thoughtful and kind being that I had been in an accident several weeks prior and needed to get into a car without a lot of back and forth or a hard sell. He was able to arrange a smooth deal with their finance department and I had come in after work on a Saturday at about 3 PM. By 5 PM I was out the door with the car, which I love. All electric and a great time to buy with gas prices at an all time high now in California. He asked me back on Sunday and took time out of his schedule to go over a few of the cars features and highlights. He knew every feature of the car and made it all easy to understand.
