“First of all, I was there all day long I was held by a service person called Bernie and then referred to by VJ who is the actual car sales person got to the part where I needed to sign the paperwork and he did not hear me when I said I want two cars within my budget finally received the one car that I wanted and the second car I was promised that the air-conditioning will be fixed before we got delivered to my house so yesterday I got the footage 2015. The AC was still not working. I immediately called and told her I was going to get a call back. I did not. I called this morning telling me that I have to now pay for a part and service was why they had promised to pay to service to fix his car before I even received it so I give you a one star why the receptionist is nice. They got a wide variety of inventory but the response from VJ which I have not heard back and I the one I spent all day with at all since I’ve gotten the car I’m stuck with this car that air conditioning does not walk correctly, and I was promised that it would be fixed before I received it. Would you want a car that the air condition doesn’t work correctly so it’s blowing air at the bottom of the car and the vent it doesn’t blow air in the vent like for your face but the defroster works. The service department has agreed to pick up the car one more time get the part pay for it and get it serviced so let’s give them a try to see what happens. UPDATE THE VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP WEDNESDAY AIGUST 5. I called today August 7th Now I waa promised a call back today ? It’s already 4pm or sometime tomorrow for an update. No happy what is going on???”

I had a specific budget for this car, and I was ready to negotiate for hours. However, when Alex came outside to greet us, he shook my hand first!! Now, I’ve been to many other dealerships in the past, and each time, they’ve ignored me, didn’t shake my hand, assumed that I wasn’t paying for my own car, etc. But Alex was so respectful, acknowledging me as the client first. I was overjoyed, and we actually went $1000 over our budget while negotiating prices for that simple reason. The $1000 handshake!! Everyone else there was so kind, respectful, and understanding as well. I will be recommending this location to anyone looking for a new car, and I will be a returning customer in the future. 😊”
