“I’ve been bringing my Kia to Kia of Carson since 2019 for oil changes, spark plugs, brakes, and other maintenance. Recently, I took my car in because it had an oil leak and needed a tune-up. This was my first time working with Alma as my service advisor, and she was amazing. She was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain all of the repairs my car needed. I also have to mention her pink keyboard—it definitely stood out and added a nice personal touch! After the repairs were completed, I picked up my car about a week later. Soon after, I checked my oil and noticed it had been depleted. I went right back to Kia of Carson and spoke with Alma. She immediately took my concerns seriously, had my car brought back in, provided me with a loaner vehicle, and made sure everything that needed to be fixed was taken care of. I’m truly grateful for Alma’s dedication, excellent customer service, and commitment to making sure my car was repaired properly. She went above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciate everything she did. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely continue bringing my car to Kia of Carson, and I’ll be requesting Alma as my service advisor every time.
