“Would love to officially leave this as a 5 star review ! My 2025 Bronco is at your shop and I was supposed to get a call back yesterday for an update with my warranty work being done having fuel pump or fuel rail replaced ! I am in a rental and need to be able to plan as I work 7 days a week and Need transportation. The availability window on renewing my rental is closing quickly and would appreciate an update . ANY UPDATE would be greatly appreciated as I have called since yesterday morning and haven’t gotten an update. A guesstimate on timeline or details on the work that needs done would be greatly appreciated so that I can plan accordingly . Cody Lowery”

“DONT COME HERE!!!...we brought in F150 for new employee here to be serviced. Truck kept misfiring and wouldnt stay running, had the same exact problem when it was returned. Person that delivered truck to company lot said there have been break ins at this facility a few weeks ago (during duration they had truck) ALL THE TOOLS WERE STOLEN OUT OF THE TRUCK!!! BRAND NEW MILWAUKEE POWER TOOLS, HAND TOOLS, TOTALLING ABOUT 5 GRAND!!! Why in the hell would somebody break in, take some tools, and not drive off with the truck? And how did you get the keys back? Arent you guys suppose to lock up the keys in a safe? Why didnt you notify us in good faith, right when the crime was committed? WHERES THE POLICE REPORT!?!? dont worry about it guys, dont contact me to resolve, FAFO”

“I don’t know where to start. The customer service is absolutely terrible from rude salesman who don’t follow up who don’t know their vehicles and don’t know price prices to the managers who are even more rude and talk negatively about trade-in potential vehicles straight to your face very rudely to the overpriced A vehicles and then when we showed them a better deal and ask them if they could match it or beat it they tried to tell me the other dealership was probably gonna scam me. I’ve never had a good experience with any of the crumland fanily of dealerships would not recommend spending time or money here.”

“I had my 4x4 pickup in for an oil change which included there multi point inspection of the vehicle. Oil change wise the crew appeared to do a good job BUT.... I was advised both the front drive axles U Joints were bad?? I was then offered to look under truck where the employee showed me the U Joint pointing to them and stating that "it's bad because there's all this grease leaking out of them". He then asked if I wished to have them replaced? I'm not a local resident, just passing through so I did not get into the fact he did not know what he was talking about as the U Joints are greaseable (serviceable) and when you grease the joints it's 100% normal for the old grease to be expelled from the U Joint. The grease he was pointing out. He then pointed out to me I also need a new Air Filter showing me the collected few larger bugs and a few small leafs and twigs that were laying on the the "PRE" filter. Note - filter has only 6k miles on it and the trucks computer indicated filter life as good. I took the filter and went outside tapped it on a post and shook off the debris and the filter looked brand new again. So a sale of a new filter was attempted also. ( Or they simple could of took an air gun and blew off this stuff) The primary filter itself was in excellent condition. Writing this review to warn others that this dealership appears to try to sell repairs that are not necessary. CAUTION”
