“We bought a truck from this place about a year and 5 months ago, and we just recently had it serviced at another dealership. We were told that it had the wrong lug nuts for the wheels that were on it. This could have damaged the wheels and possibly let them come loose. And they also damaged the center caps, which will have to be replaced. Pretty sure that Carlsbad Chevy knew this when they sold it to us. And I'm pretty sure they knew it had an oil leak as well. Then they sold us a 2000 dollar warranty that doesn't cover hardly anything important, even though they told us it would. And overcharged us way beyond blue book price and hid that from us, we asked for 5000 dollars for our trade in, and only gave us a hundred dollars for our old truck, and hid that in the fine print. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to that place for anything. Never been so sheistered in our whole life like we did there. And we told them that since we would be pulling a camper with that vehicle that we would need actual truck tires since they offered new tires as part of the deal. When we picked it up it had passenger car tires, and had to immediately buy new tires to replace the ones they put on. Which cost us another 1700 dollars. We wonder what else is going to go wrong, it has been a real educational ordeal. Plus they kept us there for almost 9 hours to wear us down so we would agree to all their terms. And when we tried to open the bed cover Isaac broke one of the latches that they said they would fix, but it never happened. Wish we could be reimbursed for all the extras that we have had to come up with.”
