I completely forgot that I had one last service of Audi Care but the Audi rep made sure that I was well informed of my options which was greatly appreciated. Audi also scheduled a complimentary Uber to take me home and bring me back to the Audi dealership when my vehicle was ready. Lastly the communication from the technician regarding the services performed on my vehicle sent a video of his findings and the overall health of my vehicle.
