“My 2019 Transit broke down on our way back from Chicago to Greenville. We were able to get the van to Ken Wilson, and Kyle got us right in to handle the situation. It ended up being a big job, and they gave us a ride to a car rental so we could get home while they repaired. But once we got to the rental company, they informed us they had no cars, so the Ken Wilson driver drove us an additional 20 minutes to the airport to get another car rental. He even refused a tip. I couldn't believe how kind everyone was to us. It was like we were transported back in time to when people actually cared. Kyle kept us in the loop on the repair which ended up being a lot more affordable. They even delivered the van to us and I'm still kind of in shock at this business - who does this? I'm so impressed, i'm buying my next vehicle there even though it's 1.5 hours away.”
