“Rocky was super helpful and honest getting me a new car after my car had been stolen. Answered every question and didn’t pressure us at all. Highly recommend especially if using capital one”

“BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!! 11/18/25 update: Received a message from Phil the sales manager on 11/14/25 asking me to call. I call and he acknowledged having read this review. He asked if I had gotten an estimate for the repairs and if I could send it. He said he would speak with the owner and call me back. I sent early on 11/14. It's been crickets Original entry: Mike Flores was the sales person I was working with. I was dealing with him on a 2020 vehicle with just over 25k miles. I was a remote buyer (1,600 miles away) and I explained that I didn't expect a used vehicle to be pristine, but what I did want was an honest assessment and pictures of any noticible defects so that there would be no surprises when the vehicle was delivered. He sent two pictures on Oct 17th (the ones with his finger pointing) of two small defects stating that was all there was wrong. Just before sealing the deal we did a FaceTime video (to be shared in another post) where he again showed only these two areas. What he neglected to show was the rear spoiler having all the paint missing on the top side. (spoiler pictures) This was immediately visible on delivery and is NOT something that could have been missed. It was never mentioned during any conversation nor was it shown as part of the FaceTime. When I asked about it he first stated "that part of the vehicle came in painted black" That's clearly not the case because the paint failure is not uniform and the raised edge is in the white paint. In an effort to defer responsibility he then went on to share a picture of the transport company pickup inspection report, essentially trying to state they signed off on the condition of the vehicle. Finally acknowledging the pre-existing condition, he asked what I wanted. I said I wanted support in having it refinished. He then said his shop stated it would cost $200 and he would be willing to cover half. There's no shop in the country that would do the refinish work for $200. Plus if it was that easy, why didn't they do it when they had it? It's also worth noting the vehicle arrived with shredded, non-functional windshield wipers and no valve stem covers. This is the quality of product and care you can expect. More to come”

“Drove from West LA to test drive a few models that they had listed on Capital One Auto. They don’t send a rep with you to test drive, called me mid test drive and told me not to go on freeway to too far. Well, I drove 45 minutes each way to test drive. Also then when asking about another model I drove there to test drive listed as “available in Los Angeles,” they said “it is in Arizona.”They had no interest in fixing the post to let consumers know they do not actually have this vehicle to buy or drive. The one car I was able to test drive did not have a back up camera as advertised. The staff is nice to your face, but I would have appreciated them having the proper features listed and inventory as advertised. I did tell them I was driving from the other side of L.A. before going.”
