“UPDATE: Alec went above and beyond to help me. He understood tempers got high and listened to my issues and worries. Thanks to him, I'm driving off in a vehicle that is mine and mine alone. If it wasn't for him, I'd have no way to see my kids. Ty again Alec!!! If JRR auto sales is smart, they'll keep you employed for a very long time!! Add on 01/30/2026: I had some concerns about the vehicle I purchased, and was ready to give the car up even if I really needed it. But the manager Jeff had me come in we sat down and talked and he worked with me. Add on 03/24/26 I've really had bad experiences when it comes to BHPH places, and was nervous trying again with another car lot. I've tried and tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I've constantly had to take the car back to be looked at. This last time, I was concerned about a popping sound in front driver side tire when you turn the steering wheel, but was told "multiple mechanics" have drove and looked at it and couldn't find anything. I don't like having my concerns thrown aside like they don't matter. I will again say I did appreciate the manager helping me lower my payments so I could keep the car but the multiple times I've taken the car back, I should not be having to take the car back for issues I had already brought up.....smh”
