I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz of Burlington, and I have to specifically recognize Gabe and Ben for going above and beyond. I own both an insurance company and a staffing business, so I deal with clients all day, every day. Because of that, I know firsthand what it takes to deliver truly great service — and these guys absolutely nailed it. To be honest, I’m probably not the easiest client to deal with. I had a lot of questions, asked for a few favors along the way, and because I’m running two businesses my schedule is extremely limited — most of the time I was only available late at night. Despite all of that, Gabe and Ben never missed a beat. They were patient, responsive, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. Gabe was fantastic throughout the entire process — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even though I paid cash for the vehicle, Ben, the finance manager, still played a huge role in making the experience great. He walked me through the warranty options in a way that was incredibly clear and transparent. He took the time to explain exactly what would be covered and also the risks of not having the coverage. Because of how well he explained everything, I ultimately decided to purchase the warranty — and I’m very glad I did. What stood out most was how accommodating they were with my schedule and how committed they were to making sure I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. If you’re buying a car from Mercedes-Benz of Burlington, I highly recommend working with Gabe and Ben. They represent exactly what great customer service should look like.

I recently leased a GLC 300, and my experience with the Burlington team was truly outstanding. Tuck, the Sales Manager, was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the process. He made everything seamless and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Ben, who handled the financing, was efficient, funny, and clear, and Jackson, who delivered my car, was an absolute pleasure to work with. This experience was in sharp contrast to the service department at the Manchester, NH dealership, where customer service was extremely disappointing. That experience is exactly why I chose to drive all the way to Burlington — and what a difference it made. The Burlington team has earned my trust and loyalty. They now have me as a customer for life.

The service department of Mercedes-Benz Burlington has consistently done an outstanding job. A Sprinter is a critical part of a business. When there was a major issue, it was diagnosed quickly, and the customer was informed every step of the way. They were professional and transparent about the repair costs and timeline. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the van is running better than ever. The dealership is dedicated to getting the job done right and getting the customer back on the road.😊
