“Auto nation in Burleson is great ! I worked with Philip smith and he’s awesome. I came in from out of state to buy a 2026 f250 diesel, so when I was shopping I had tons of questions and wanted tons of pics before I flew out and Phil was great very kind and totally understood my need for such a big purchase. I will be buying my next ford vehicle with auto nation again ! Even though it’s a 1200 mile drive home it was worth it.
Everyone in the sales area was polite and great to work with ! It’s a great place”

“I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor from Scott Lynch. From the beginning, the process was smooth, welcoming, and truly focused on customer satisfaction rather than feeling rushed or transactional.
Scott was exceptional throughout the entire purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, making sure all of my questions were answered clearly and that I felt confident every step of the way. His approach made the experience exciting and stress-free.
Overall, the level of care, transparency, and service provided made this a purchase experience worthy of such an incredible vehicle. I was extremely happy with my Bronco Raptor and grateful for the excellent support from Scott Lynch and the team.”

“Craig at Burleson Ford AutoNation made my first car-buying experience easy and straightforward. He listened to my goals, addressed my concerns, and was honest about pricing… no haggling or games. It felt like he had my best interest in mind, which is hard to come by in car sales. I’ll definitely recommend Craig and Burleson Ford AutoNation to anyone looking for a new car in the future. I absolutely LOVE my new Ford Bronco!!”

“Horrible experience from start to finish.
Leading up to my appointment, I was given multiple increasing quotes, only for the final bill to be $114 higher than expected with no clear explanation besides "no one should've quoted you that".
They claimed they "topped off the fluids," which was not done and to make matters worse, my power steering fluid was overfilled. That alone raises serious concerns about attention to detail. The oil itself also seemed questionable as to whether it was 100% new after checking it to ensure it actually contained oil.
Before the service, my truck displayed service notifications for both an oil change and an engine air filter. Despite this, I was told "everything looks great." No mention of the air filter, tires, or (alignment issues - a problem that already existed when I purchased the truck as "certified") and am still dealing with.
I ended up replacing the engine air filter myself and will take my business elsewhere for tires and alignment.
To top it off, I was told my brakes were "great" with "lots of pad left," which has now prompted me to get a second opinion immediately. When basic inspections feel unreliable, trust is gone.
Save yourself the time and frustration--look elsewhere.
*Attached is the cost of my last oil change and the 2nd quote I received of around $160. 1st one by phone was $90 and the final bill was $204!”

“My husband and I have been getting out vehicles from this dealership for years. We have just purchased our 4 vehicle from this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Time frame sucks yet that is "normal" when getting a new vehicle. Mr. Clint helped us out with my new 2025 Bronco. I would use him again in the future to help me find a upgraded or newer vehicle.”
