Aaron is one amazing salesman, and not the typical car salesman who badgers you just to get a deal done. He actually puts thought and effort, and consideration into a deal. And John the GM, absolutely incredible, funny and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. It honestly was the most amazing car buying experience I’ve had in 15 years of buying cars.
I’ve never had a purchase get done in an hour! If you’re looking for a vehicle, you have to go here! Ask for Aaron! Hands down the best salesman!

“They do not stand behind there what they sell. Purchased a vehicle used drive off lot and engine light came on within 1/2 mile. Took back to dealer and they looked at it. Said it was a module. Picked up after out in and again drove off light came on again. Had Jeep a week and now say we think it’s the transfer case and it’s $4,300. They took back loaner car and said nothing they can do. Tried to give trade in value for us to buy another vehicle. I’m in the car business in VA and clearly codes have been cleared to get light off and once we put our computer on it to check what codes have been cleared we will see what they have to say. After we notify channel 7 news and wrap about the experience. Shame such a large dealership does this and won’t do the right thing as give full value back and put towards another vehicle. Will never do business again or service our other jeeps at westgate.”

“I’ve waited about a year to write a final review for this dealership and I’m pretty dissatisfied. Was able to negotiate the price of my 2022 wrangler which was great, but since purchasing I dread any time I have to deal with westgate. When I purchased the car there was writing on the back windshield that I was told would be cleaned off, however, it was scratched into the inserts. I was told it would be resolved in a week with a replacement or compensation to purchase a replacement. It took almost 6 months of me calling and texting to get any sort of compensation for this. Any time I have called with a question I get bounced around and end up on hold that rings forever and never get the answer I’m looking for, I get told I’ll get a call back or email but it never happens. If you’re planning on never having to talk to the dealership after purchasing you’ll be good to go, otherwise I would not recommend.”

“Horrible experience, bought a 2025 ram rebel. First time it put me on the side of the road for close to 3hrs. They couldn't figure out on how to get my truck back to the dealership. Truck cranked back up eventually and I drove it back to Westgate. Simple plug in to see what was wrong and I was on my way. Was not a fun experience going through that. Fast forward and I was on the side of the road again. I knew the battery was fried and simply asked if they could just read it real quick like my last time so I can get back to work. I'm a contractor and I had a very important deadline to make that week with a job and the manager I spoke to says(everyone thinks they should go next) extremely rude guy. It got so bad I called neuwirth and was heading to buy the $600 batteries myself and put them in so I could get back to work. I've always done my business work neuwirth and bought 11 cars in the past 10yrs. Even was going to move my commercial account to Westgate as well. I moved to burgaw and was wanting to buy my vehicles local. But after that experience I will not do business with them again. All my personal vehicles and commercial for my business is going back to neuwirth. The manager at Westgate seriously needs training because how I seen on other reviews he should not be in customer service. I had free unlimited oil changes with my new truck and after all this was said and done. I told the manager this was the worst buying experience ever and I would be taking my business elsewhere. His response was (OK have a nice day) i wish that the owner could hear our recorded conversation because he would be fired. Obviously they are keeping him on but another customer is leaving. MY OPINION THIS WAS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND SUGGEST BUYING ELSEWHERE.”
