Jamaul, who helped me through the process, was especially great — he was patient, informative, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of buying my first car. Before my purchase, I noticed a small chip on the front grill. I brought it to their attention, and they had me come back to get it painted. When the paint didn’t end up matching flush with the rest of the grill, they immediately took responsibility and arranged to replace the entire grill instead.
