“Review is for a used Toyota Prius with less than 9,000 miles. I would give 5 stars but I drove 3.5 hours and a fee of over $1,000 was added to my total $ for a car tracking service. This fee was never mentioned prior and was added without my consent. Luckily I questioned the tracking fee and the salesman quickly had it removed. Then after I got a check from the bank I was hit with an additional $100 because the vehicle I was trading in was in my husbands name and the new vehicle was going to be in my name. I was never informed of this fee until I agreed to buy the vehicle and I was told they forgot about it being an additional tax charge. If I hadn’t drove this far, and this being a gift, I would have just left. I don’t like being told one thing and then hit with something else. I do have to brag on the guy from the service department. After leaving the car lot in drove to the mall and was there less than an hour. Apparently the back interior light was left on and caused the battery to go dead. The car lot was about to close in 5 minutes and I told them I was broke down in the mall parking lot. I forgot to get the guys name but he quickly came and jumped my car off. He even called from his personal number and stated he would be around for another hour if I needed him. Since this is a hybrid, I wasn’t familiar with jumping the car off and this guy showed me how to jump it off incase I had any issues on my way home.”

He was not pushy towards us to close the sale. The staff worked with us on getting a number we were both happy with. Michael in finance was also wonderful and patient. The most important is that they took the time to make sure I didn’t leave with a car I “settled” for. They wanted to make sure I was truly satisfied with my purchase. They also worked with me because being a single mom I was in a budget and I was adamant about staying within that budget. Even the finance manager who adds all that stuff at the end to try and up your payment, respected my budget and made it to where I still got an amazing warranty without breaking the bank. 10/10 recommend!!”
