Here we go again down on what road. As The rock band whitesnake Would sing lol. As a hat trick customer we went through northtown Hyundai this time. We had the experience to work with sales reps Sierra and her assistant Zach. Then later worked with Brian the business manager. Made our experience a lot better and stress free then northtown Toyota where I got my Pathfinder there. Sierra, Zach and Brian hats off to them for our hat trick experience. Still got to do a little things to it but I believe the team will help us out. Also I would like to say thanks for donating to a Hannah. We sit with their family at the Buffalo Bandits games. And we pray for her and her family. The first two seats in row 6 section 221. Go Buffalo Bandits - Sabers. Probably will be shopping with this store in the future to make it a grand slam. leave on a funny note. Next deal better be include that coffee maker They have in the lobby 😂😆😂

Recently purchased 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid. Sales person was Mo Islam... Very polite young man.. He has taken care of everything I have asked of him... 5 stars... I must give Morgan in the finance dept 5 stars also, she has been very helpful..

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Northtown Hyundai. I brought my vehicle in for a defective headlight that developed condensation shortly after purchase, while the car is still covered under a bumper-to-bumper warranty. A malfunctioning headlight is not a cosmetic issue—it’s a serious safety concern. Limited visibility at night puts me, my passengers, and others on the road at risk. Despite this, the dealership refused to address the issue under warranty. This was not wear-and-tear or damage I caused—it was clearly a defect. Instead of offering a solution or taking responsibility, the staff dismissed my concerns and gave me the runaround. I left feeling frustrated, ignored, and disappointed by the lack of professionalism. A reputable dealership should prioritize safety issues and stand behind the warranties they sell. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. It raises the question: what’s the point of a bumper-to-bumper warranty if essential safety components aren’t covered? Based on my experience, I would not recommend Northtown Hyundai to anyone expecting honest service, accountability, or genuine concern for customer safety. If you’re considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, proceed with caution—especially if an issue requires them to take responsibility.

As much as I will miss my van and all the memories of the drive ins and lugging kids around, we needed a reliable car to get my daughter Hannah to her doctors appointments for leukemia treatment. Sierra at Northtown Hyundai was amazing. The entire car and all documents needed were done over the phone, and today when I picked up our new car, it took a total of 48 minutes. This included speaking with the general manager and scheduling an appointment for my wifes car maintenance. The general manager, Vladimir Antonovsky and I met at the Roswell Hyundai Hope on Wheels Event back in August. He came over to ask about Hannah and we talked for a while. As it turns out the $100,000 Hyundai donated in this event is going to fund research for CAR T cell therapy, which Hannah will be getting. I can not say enough about how grateful we are for the Northtown Hyundai dealership. They took care of our family's needs today. Hannah has been in the hospital since Oct 3rd and we were able to get this completed all while I was at the hospital. As much as I will miss my old beat up van, I'm happy to be a Hyundai owner, and will gladly recommend Northtown to anyone who asks." Thank you for all your help!
