“5 stars. I booked online in under two minutes, the reservation process was straightforward and confirmed by text. Check-in was quick, the advisor/Daisy explained options clearly with no pressure, and I received progress updates at sensible intervals. Pricing matched the estimate. The waiting room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable, with strong Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets so I could work. My car was ready on time and the handoff was smooth. House of Imports delivered professional, transparent service from start to finish. Highly recommend.”

“The sales is great.
The service department is terrible. My car has a charging issue since the recall and the service manager can care less about it. They state it’s normal that an EQB 300 charge at a high speed charging station from 10-60% is normal in 30 minutes
The advertise speed is 10-80% in 30 minutes.
The service advisor then tried to blame me and said it’s Electrify America causing this issue and that they purposely slow it down. This is not the case as I have an EQS and it charges within the correct range.
The recall has caused a major defect and the service manager just sent me home. He doesn’t want to try to fix it, nor attempt to reach out to Mercedes. Mind you, they had the car for 16 days and had it bricked from the recall. So there must be a problem but they would rather belittle you and say you’re the problem even when you provide proof. Mind you, their fast charger never even reached 100KW when I took it in. It stayed at 42KW the entire time. Not once did it reach maximum speed. The service advisor said she put a timer for 30 minutes and then actually went to look 50 minutes laters… I get notifications when the car is being charged and once it is done being charged.
Proof is all in the pictures. Beware if you have a real problem and you take it to this AutoNation dealership for repairs.”

*Today, 10/01/2025 I am updating/revising my initial review after receiving the purchased 2025 Glc350e and now having seen the vehicle in person. I have also called the dealership GM on multiple occasions to share my feedback, no response yet. To clarify, my comments are reflective of the processes in purchasing a MB CPO vehicle online from an out of state dealer, not a reflection of dealership staff/employees.
In summary, my 'lesson learnt' ...Buyer Beware. This is my first online purchase of a MB CPO vehicle, two previous MB new vehicle purchases were concluded with dealers in other locations in person to my satisfaction.
I suggest this dealership; 1) increase their transparency with Buyers ref the overall condition of the CPO vehicle. Specifically, what if any repairs were completed in order to list the vehicle as a MB "CPO" vehicle. Share all maintenance and repair records, even for repairs not reported/recorded on websites such as Carfax. Upon receiving my CPO vehicle, the body repairs/respray I discovered were done to a low-quality finish...presumably not MB CPO? I was also not made aware of any repairs prior to the purchase. It’s now obvious that MB CPO does not exclude a vehicle that has sustained body damage. 2) Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to out of state customers for missing accessories normally included in new vehicle sales, i.e. 120v PHEV charging cords, cargo nets, etc. My vehicle was delivered w/o the MB 120V charger.”
