Special shoutout to my saleswoman, Marhu, she was absolutely incredible. From the moment we connected, she went way above and beyond to make this happen. The exact Sportage I wanted was located in Texas, and she handled every detail to get it sourced, transported, and delivered to me here in California without any major headaches on my end. She kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions promptly (even late in the process), and made sure everything was perfect upon arrival. Her dedication, patience, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and enjoyable one.

âIf I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.
House of Imports in Buena Park delivered one of the easiest and most genuinely positive car-buying experiences I have ever had, and that is entirely thanks to Danny Nguyen, the sales rep I worked with.
From start to finish, Danny was transparent, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the purchase of my used G550. There was no pressure and no games, just clear communication and professionalism. He was always available by phone call or text, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What truly set this experience apart was how far he went above and beyond after the sale. Danny offered to have the car fully detailed, had small scratches professionally fixed at no cost, and even provided me with a loaner vehicle for free while everything was being taken care of. That level of service is rare, especially when buying a used vehicle.
It felt less like a transaction and more like working with someone who genuinely cared about my experience and my satisfaction long after the paperwork was signed.

âWell where do I start. So I was looking for a specific car X5 x40i Msport package.
Well the best one was at house of imports. Price and condition and mileage was top.
When I called I was routed to Tariq. What can I say about his sales. He was outstanding! His attention to detail was beyond expectations, his professionalism was exceptional. I arrived the car was detailed, gassed, pulled outside. He gave me all of the space I needed to inspect the vehicle. The test drive was extended and he let me go on the freeway to test the cars shift at higher speeds.
When we came back, Brooke the sales manager took the time to come and introduce herself to me. I had some questions they both answered them. Brooke and Tariqs attention to my pregnant wife were far above any expectations. He even pointed her to the bathroom before she asked. They regularly gave her water and made sure she was comfortable.
The whole experience was 10/10.
We came to a deal and they helped me with everything from A to Z.
The whole experience at this dealership was not pushy service orientated and just above and beyond.
When I go to buy a new car I will come here first just based on how I was treated.
If you need someone to take care of you ask for Tariq. He will make sure you are taken care of.
P.s he reached out after I took it home to make sure everything was as expected.
I truly recommend this dealership as they will treat you like family.â

âThe sales is great.
The service department is terrible. My car has a charging issue since the recall and the service manager can care less about it. They state itâs normal that an EQB 300 charge at a high speed charging station from 10-60% is normal in 30 minutes
The advertise speed is 10-80% in 30 minutes.
The service advisor then tried to blame me and said itâs Electrify America causing this issue and that they purposely slow it down. This is not the case as I have an EQS and it charges within the correct range.
The recall has caused a major defect and the service manager just sent me home. He doesnât want to try to fix it, nor attempt to reach out to Mercedes. Mind you, they had the car for 16 days and had it bricked from the recall. So there must be a problem but they would rather belittle you and say youâre the problem even when you provide proof. Mind you, their fast charger never even reached 100KW when I took it in. It stayed at 42KW the entire time. Not once did it reach maximum speed. The service advisor said she put a timer for 30 minutes and then actually went to look 50 minutes laters⊠I get notifications when the car is being charged and once it is done being charged.
Proof is all in the pictures. Beware if you have a real problem and you take it to this AutoNation dealership for repairs.â
